1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the Morgen Fund website, customer dashboard and related services. By opening an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, act on your own behalf and provide accurate information. We may ask you to verify your identity before you can deposit, withdraw or trade.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts to protect you or other clients.
4. Deposits, withdrawals and conversions
Deposits are credited when funds arrive. Withdrawals and on-chain transfers are reviewed before execution and may be delayed, limited or declined for security, compliance or operational reasons. Conversion prices and fees are shown before you confirm.
5. Savings products
Rates on flexible products are variable and may change with notice. Fixed-term products are locked until the end of the term. Interest accrues daily and is credited to the product balance.
6. Risk
The value of crypto assets and investments can fall as well as rise. You may lose some or all of the amount you put in. Nothing on this site is investment advice.
7. Fees
Applicable fees are shown in the dashboard before you confirm a transaction and in the fee schedule. We may change fees with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time once the balance is zero. We may close or restrict accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Morgen Fund is not liable for indirect losses, market movements or events outside its control. Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
